Welcome to Euro Comedy Club Guide!

How many things that exist in life can still truly claim to be pure, original, uncensored and without boundaries? Not a great deal is the answer. Films and computer games have age guidelines; Smoking is banned in most places; alcohol is either too cheap or nasty to drink or too expensive to regularly get truly drunk
on…

Which is why comedy may be the last bastion of pure uncut pleasure. No individual is safe - be it the guy in the front row or the ‘queen of hearts.’

“I didn’t think that a concert was a suitable tribute to Diana. I felt that they should have done something that better signified her life… Like a gang-bang in a
minefield.” (Such is the wisdom of Frankie Boyle, star of hit BBC 2 TV series Mock The Week).

Religion, sexuality and politics are fair game (and often combined). And where else could you hear jokes about paedophilia, or a dead-on impression of what Mr T might sound like during a homosexual experience? (Eddie Murphy, Delirious)

Out of context these just seem like crude topics playing to the lowest common denominator. But as part of a full routine they are just minor notes in a comedy concerto. And delivered by the right comedians you will find yourself laughing along with everyone else regardless.
